Data we process

We may process B2B contact details, campaign configuration, public address or property information needed to prepare direct mail, website analytics after consent, QR campaign references and form submissions.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to answer requests, prepare pilot campaigns, operate the website, measure campaign response and fulfil contractual obligations. Depending on the context, processing is based on consent, contract preparation, legal obligation or legitimate interest.

Direct mail

Campaign mailings are prepared without resident names whenever possible. Address selection is documented per campaign, including source, purpose, retention period and opt-out process.

Processors

We use service providers for hosting, forms, analytics, databases, AI rendering, printing and postal delivery. Where required, processor agreements and appropriate transfer safeguards are used.

Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary. Campaign and QR reporting is generally retained for a limited period unless a longer retention is required for an active customer relationship or legal obligation.
