Scope

These terms apply to pilot campaigns, render production, landing pages, direct mail preparation and related services delivered by The Bair Company BV under the relevant brand.

Pilot work

A pilot is an exploratory campaign. Deliverables, timing, price and volume are confirmed in writing before work starts.

Client input

The client provides correct brand assets, contact details, product preferences and campaign feedback in time.

Visuals

Renders are commercial impressions intended to start a conversation. They are not technical guarantees, building permits, measurements or final execution plans.

Payment

Invoices are payable according to the agreed terms. Late payment may suspend further campaign work.

Liability

The service does not guarantee sales. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant assignment, except in cases where the law does not allow such limitation.
